Will there be grants/financial assistance available?

We will be updating this site for more details in terms of grants and financial assistance for participants. For further information, please contact [email protected]

Can more than one person come from my school/organization?

Yes. Individuals and teams are welcome to participate in the Summit. It will be more beneficial for your school or organization to have a team who can implement the learnings and action points which you will get from the Summit.

How much is the Registration fee in the Summit?

For regular rates, the registration fee costs P34,750.00

For educators, in celebration of the World Teachers’ Month this October, there will be a discounted rate amounting to  P17,000.00

Are group discounts available?

Yes, we are currently offering a group discount. Pay a registration fee for four people and get one free additional slot.

Do I need to apply for a visa?

The Philippines grants visa-free entry to passport holders of certain countries while requiring a visa to others. You may check if your passport will require a visa for entry to the Philippines through this website:

Will I be given a certificate of attendance and completion for attending the Summit?

Yes, at the end of the Summit all participants will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates of attendance can be issued upon request. You may send your requests through the Summit Secretariat:

What are the inclusions of the Summit’s registration fee?

The fees include a full access to the summit;  meals will be served (breakfast, AM snacks, lunch, PM snacks); conference kit; conference kit and ID; and 15 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for educators.

Hotel and Accommodation

May I bring family members with me?

Yes, we understand that quality time with family is important and exploring the Philippine islands is a good bonding moment for your family. However, you are required to participate in and be on time for all functions related to the conference including meetings and meals. Guests and family members are NOT invited to attend the sessions and meals.

May I book other accommodations near the main venue of the Summit?

Yes, you can book other accommodations near the main venue of the Summit. 

I want to do island hopping after the Summit, may I book through the hotel?

Yes, we can connect you to the venue coordinator to arrange your preferred schedule of island hopping after the Summit. 


What is the closest airport to the Summit?

The closest airport to the venue is the Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

How will participants get from the airport to the hotel?

Airport transfers will be available to those who will be staying at the venue of the Summit. There are also taxi and public transportation options from the airport.


What is the dress code?

The dress code for the Summit is business casual (for men: slacks and collared shirts; for women: slacks, blouses, summer dresses, skirts, and tops). The Philippines experiences warm weather in November so bring lightweight clothing and fabrics but we do recommend bringing a sweater/coat/jacket to wear inside the session rooms as it tends to get cold.

I am presenting at the Summit and I plan to conduct a workshop, may I request for materials?

The organizers will be able to provide you with the following materials: LCD projector, white screen, markers, manila papers. Other materials will have to be brought by you or your organization.

When will the Summit program begin and end?

The Registration starts at 1:00 PM on November 21, 2019 then there will be a Welcome Dinner. Program starts at 8:30 am on November 22, Friday and will end at 4:00 pm on November 24, Sunday.

Will there be other optional activities?

You are free to swim at the beach or pool before and after the sessions but please make sure that you arrive on time and finish all presentations/meetings.
